Tanner Auditorium Sayonara Koto Concert Livestream, Tue., Nov. 30, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Through the years, the Tanner Auditorium has been a special home to the koto at YIS. With this final koto concert, we consider how to best carry its creative spirit along with us, to nurture and watch it grow further at the new campus in Honmoku. Join us for the livestream of this farewell by our Secondary students from Japanese Music classes in Gr. 6 through Gr. 10, along with the Ikioi and Habataki ensembles performing a range of selections for koto and bass koto as a final celebration for the Tanner Auditorium.

Student musicians, dancers, singers and performers bid farewell to a venue in which they developed talent and passion. Join them for their last curtain call as we move closer to the last day of class on the Yamate-cho campus on December 15.
