Tanner Chamber Ensemble Winter 2010 Concert "Soloist Competition"

YIS middle/high students have the unique opportunity to perform as a soloist with the Tanner Chamber Ensemble in their Winter 2010 Concert, Friday, December 3, 2010, 7pm Tanner Auditorium. Any instrument or voice is possible in any combination of composition (concerto, aria, ensemble, etc.).

Students must send an email of interest to Dr. Amato by August 28, 2010 (amatoj@yis.ac.jp) and include the following information:

Instrument:
Years of Study:
Audition Piece-Title:

Auditions will held on Friday, September 3, 2010 from 3:45-5:00PM.

Students can audition with any composition of their choice and it may not exceed 5 minutes. Winners selected will perform a composition that is suitable for both soloist and the Tanner Ensemble. Winners will be announced on Monday, September 6, 2010. Any questions, please contact Dr. Amato.
